NEW ILICABAŞI URBAN TRANSFORMATION

The Ilıcabaşı Urban Transformation area was declared a risky area by the Council of Ministers on 03.04.2013, in accordance with Article 2 of the Law on Transformation of Areas Under Disaster Risk, numbered 6306, upon the letter of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization dated 25.3.2013 and numbered 1317. It was published in the Official Gazette dated 2013 and numbered 28635.

After the announcement of the Risky Area, the project design works, which were authorized by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in order to carry out all urban transformation works, were completed, and our Project office was opened as of January 2014 and the works started. Project studies are in the control phase of Urban Design and Development Plans by the Ministry. After the Ministry approves the project, negotiations with the beneficiaries will start.
